Making Matcha Chocolate!

The temperature swings wildly from hot to cold these days.

We had snow around Shigaraki tea plantation area. It was a lovely gift for the tour participants from Los Angeles who saw snow for the first time in 20 years!

We enjoyed making matcha (powdered green tea) chocolate with freshly ground green tea produced around this tea production area. 

Matcha sweets are so popular even among Japanese people, why not try bittersweet and fresh matcha with us?
