Here's another photo of a local Jizo-bon festival.
People parade through their local village carrying Mikoshi, a portable shirine, which they believe the deity resting at the local tutelary shirine temporarily reposes in during
the festival.
This Mikoshi is smaller size for kids, but still looks so heavy for their little shoulders.
